Empat Health is a startup offering pediatric speech therapy, both directly to consumers(families) and business-to-business (working with schools). The company makes therapy accessible to families, automates admin tasks for therapists, helps schools fill positions, and provides games that children can use to practice between sessions. The product has been successful with direct-to-consumer clients, and the startup is focusing on securing partnerships with schools to scale.
We worked on a branding and design system to position Empat Speech as a reputable solution for speech therapy. The challenge was developing a brand and design system that supports the current goals but can be scalable and adaptable, allowing the founders to expand or adjust their brand as the product evolves. While the designs are appropriate for children, the main goal is to secure the business needed for growth and the target audience is parents and guardians, therapists, and school representatives.
